Here’s a sneak peek at our home in the Warsaw Homes on Parade!  Granite Ridge Builders is proud to introduce “The Mondero”.   To see this finished home visit us in Barrington Hills during the parade.    

This is a scattered site parade.  Parade hours are September 24 & 25 1-8 and September 26 1-5.  The ticket book is $5.00 and allows you one visit to each home.  Tickets can be purchased at the home, Kosciousko-Fulton Homebuilders Association, Zale Drugs, Penguin Point (Warsaw & Syracuse) and Times-Union.

Directions:  From Fort Wayne take I-69 to US-30 W via exit 109B toward Columbia City.  Continue to Warsaw and turn RIGHT onto IN-15.  Follow IN-15 and turn RIGHT onto E350 N and the entrance to Barrington Hills will be on the LEFT.  There is also another entrance off of N 100 E.
